Tineke Broer obtained her M.Sc degree in Psychology at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She then did her PhD in Health Policy and Management at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, conducting an evaluation study of mental health improvement programmes. From 2013-2018, she held two posts as Research Fellow in Edinburgh. Since October 2018, she holds a position as Assistant Professor at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT).
